My name is Tracey and I teach hatha yoga,
yin yoga, meditation
& guided relaxation...
Whether you have a relationship with yoga now, in the past or have never tried yoga before; it would be my pleasure and a real privilege to share my knowledge and experience with you to help you find freedom and flexibility in body and mind, to feel fitter and stronger, understand yourself a bit better and to support you in coping with life and its challenges
I am not like many other yoga teachers. There are no “rules” in my classes, regarding alignment or how an asana (shape) should look. We all have different bodies, bones, histories and holding patterns so we will all look different when we practice – and that is fine!
I will not tell you how or what you should be feeling in the body. I will however guide you and equip you with the confidence to notice, feel and experience the sensations that arise within your practice.
My priority is in supporting you to release tension, find calm, confidence and comfort in your body and your breath – ultimately helping you find clarity, spaciousness and a sense of peace within.
