All classes include movement, stillness, breathwork and either a guided relaxation or meditation techniques.
You can expect my sessions to meet you where you are at – be down to earth, authentic, friendly, functional and inclusive, nervous system focused, trauma sensitive and all about (re) connecting with yourself whoever you are, wherever you are from.

Suitable for you if you are new to yoga, are returning after a break or are more experienced. Everyone is welcomed and every body respected.

NEW! Yang to Yin
​
Start the week with the best of both worlds - balancing the Yin & Yang within. Monday's 5:30-6:45pm at the Functional Health Collaborative, Fornham All Saints.
​
Flow from energizing Yang yoga (hatha style) to soothing still Yin postures (longer held, static).. Melting into deep relaxation.. Leave balanced, revived and restored.
​
Suitable for beginners to yoga. The class will start with dynamic, moving & standing postures and conclude with static, floor based stillness into relaxation.

Beginners Yoga workshops
​
Ideal for those of you who are curious to try yoga, or if you returning after a break and want to find your feet again on the mat. This Introduction to Yoga workshop will give you the opportunity to explore the most “common” postures and themes, learn how to work with the body rather than against it and discover how your breath supports your yoga practice (and in daily life). There will be a guided relaxation and a brief introduction to yogic philosophy to whet the appetite for a regular practice. Click here for dates in January 2026.

Yoga with me is taught functionally, not aesthetically, thereby honouring your shape, history and holding patterns for optimum comfort, safety and effectiveness.

I can offer you a bespoke session tailored to your individual physical, emotional and spiritual needs and goals.
Whether you need additional rehabilitation after an injury or illness, support through challenging or stressful life experiences or would like to explore yoga for the first time or delve deeper into yoga, breathwork and meditation on a 1:1 basis outside of a group setting then this may be perfect for you.
