About Me
Spoiler alert.. I'm probably a lot like you!
I have worries, I get frustrated, stressed, and feel overwhelmed at times. I have experienced grief, loss, trauma, menopause, divorce.. I am a single parent of teenagers. I am still “figuring out” lots of things (the big questions and smaller ones) and sometimes want to go hide in a forest and run away from life's responsibilities.

Yet I feel truly blessed that I have my practices and that is why I am so genuinely passionate about sharing what I know with YOU. Yoga (incorporating breathwork and meditation), helps to keep me grounded, focused, connected to my body and my Self. I sleep better, feel more energised, I am less reactive, more open minded and just generally able to cope better and enjoy life as it is, in the moment.

Without being dramatic.. yoga and all things related changed my life, saved my life and IS my life.. You may be surprised (and relieved) to know that that does not mean getting up at sunrise every day flowing through 108 sun salutations. I am truly dedicated to embodying all Eight Limbs of Yoga in my life (yoga asana is only one of the limbs) in an authentic, practical, achievable and honest way and I love sharing this with the wonderful people who join me in yoga so that they (you) can experience the benefits too.
Off the mat I can be found mainly outside, forever reading three books at once, regularly cooking, mostly running late but always pondering how yoga would change the world if everyone were to give it a go, just like it changed my life and so many others.
